It is possible to enforce an arbitration award

Arbitration proceeding as a manner of dispute resolution still has great potential in Poland, however, its development may be curbed by a lack of knowledge on legal effects of decisions made with respect to disputes resolved this way.

The participants of the Conference on Arbitration Award to be held in Cracow on 8 November at the initiative of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, the Department of Private Commercial Law at the Jagiellonian University and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cracow will try to change this state of affairs.
