The series D bonds are dematerialised, with records kept by the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) and, after the consent of the Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has been obtained, they will constitute a subordinated loan of the bank.
BOŚ was advised by FKA on the bond issue by: Leszek Rydzewski, Mariusz Aleksandrowicz and Tomasz Salak.
This is yet another bond issue project that FKA has carried out for Bank Ochrony Środowiska. The same team already worked for BOŚ in 2010 on a bond issue programme valued at PLN 1 billion (two issues of PLN 700 million, currently for Catalyst), and previously (2009) on a private placement of subordinated bonds with a value of PLN 120 million.
