FKA a legal advisor to the Swedish company ELEKTA AB

The Swedish company Elekta AB, which develops sophisticated, state-of-the-art tools and treatment planning systems for radiation therapy, radiosurgery and brachytherapy, acquired the company “RTA” on 16 March 2015. RTA is one of the leading Polish distributors of advanced technologies for medicine. The transaction will enable Elekta AB to strengthen its position in Poland.

The team of lawyers of FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz supporting ELEKTA AB in acquiring RTA was headed by attorney-at-law Edyta Jusiel, a partner in the Corporate and M&A Department.
