FKA advises Alior Bank

Lawyers of FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz advised Alior Bank in financing a medium-size wind farm in Sztum County, Pomerania – a project by a company from the Warszawskie Przedsiębiorstwo Mostowe MOSTY group – with investment and revolving working capital loans.

The total value of the Bank’s involvement (which also includes a limit for transactions hedging exchange rate and interest rate fluctuations) is in excess of PLN 115 million.
