Accomplished arbitrator and arbitration counsel Marek Furtek leads the team at FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz and is regularly instructed in disputes before the arbitration court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. The group is also able to represent clients at all levels of the Polish court system, as well as in administrative proceedings, in and out of court. The group has developed a strong practice defending banks against claims related to Swiss Franc-backed mortgages.

Mariusz Aleksandrowicz leads the team at FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz, which specialises in tax litigation and complex tax advisory work.
