PROCEEDINGS | It is not easy to appoint three arbiters who are all construction engineers, speak Hungarian and have experience in Polish and Chinese markets.
An arbiter is a private person who has been appointed by the parties (entrepreneurs) to resolve their dispute. The parties may define these matters in their arbitration agreement or may act pursuant to the provisions of selected arbitration rules.
