Employees’ negligence and dishonesty are the most common cause of property damage suffered by business owners. In order to be able to claim damages for loss caused by employees, an employer should entrust them with company possessions under a contract of joint material liability. The solution whereby possessions are entrusted under joint liability is very useful especially for business entities from the trade sector.
