FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz has advised UBM, one of Austria’s largest developers listed on the Viennese stock exchange

Once again the law firm FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz has advised UBM, one of Austria’s largest developers listed on the Viennese stock exchange, which through its subsidiary has bought a plot of land located on ul. Pilotów in the Krakow district of Prądnik Czerwony from a company from the Alma Market Group.
UBM intends to build a class A+ office building on the land. Alma Market and other companies associated with it will rent about 50 per cent of the space in the 14-storey building. The building, called Alma Tower, will have usable space of 11,000 square metres.
Construction is due to start this year and will last about 18 months. The building will have about 180 parking spaces on 3 underground levels. UBM plans to certify the building in the LEED system. Part of the funding for the project has already been guaranteed by Raiffeisen Bank Polska. Alma Tower will be UBM’s first office project in Krakow, but not its first project in that city. UBM already has a residential project in Prądnik Czerwony called Villa Galicja.
