He has over 20 years' experience in taxation related to mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, privatisation, investment project finance, currency control regulations, insurance, real estate and leasing. He has advised domestic and international clients. He has represented clients in proceedings before tax authorities, Province Administrative Courts, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Supreme Court, and has prepared various legislative drafts at the request of the Ministry of Finance and the National Bank of Poland. Over the last few years he has regularly been recommended by prestigious international rankings such as Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Legal 500 EMEA and Tax Directors Handbook (Tax Legal 500).
