There are two ways in which we can submit a dispute to arbitration. Entrepreneurs may either provide for this solution at the moment of concluding a contract or sign a separate agreement once a dispute has already arisen.

The key principle of arbitration, and the source of the arbitrators’ authority, is the will of the parties. The business partners must agree to resolve disputes between them through arbitration. Such an agreement is called an arbitration clause.
