The changes in VAT settlement of telecommunications, broadcasting and electronic services had been expected for a long time. On 3 September the act of 25 July 2014 on amending the VAT act and the Tax Ordinance which introduced these changes was published in the Polish Journal of Laws (Journal of Laws – item 1171). Some of the changes will come into effect on 1 October. What and when  will be changed?
