Polish independent FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz has advised Bank Ochrony Srodowiska (BOS Bank) on a private placement of three-year notes.
Issued by BOS Bank in series E and F, the notes have an aggregate face value of €86m.
A team led by Leszek Rydzewski, Mariusz Aleksandrowicz and Tomasz Salak from FKA advised on the transaction.
The same team also advised BOŚ Bank on its first tranche, which had a value of €160m.
