The law firm FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz advised ECI-Skarbiec Real Estate Non-Public Asset Closed-End Investment Fund on two issues of this fund’s secured bonds, with a total value of PLN 45 million, placed in private transaction earlier this year.The Issuer is a closed-end investment fund, whose business includes investing in commercial real estate in Warsaw.The debut of series A bonds occurred on 13 April (with series B bonds having their debut on 23 April), which makes ECI-Skarbiec Real Estate one of the first investment funds in Poland whose bonds are listed on Catalyst. The issue agent, pledge administrator and authorised advisor is Trigon Brokerage House, while the market maker is PKO BP Brokerage House.On part of FKA, the Issuer was advised on preparing the issue documentation, setting up collateral and introducing the Fund’s bonds to Catalyst, by partner Leszek Rydzewski and Tomasz Salak, senior associate, with the support of Bartłomiej Bronisz, junior associate.
