FKA advised Delicpol on the acquisition of CUPROD

FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz law firm advised Delicpol Sp. z o.o. on a consolidation project in confectionery industry which entailed the acquisition of 100% shares in CUPROD Sp. z o.o. (Kluczbork) by Delicpol.

Delicpol is part of Resource Partners group, which is one of the top private equity funds in the consumer goods sector. By means of subsequent acquisitions, the company implements its strategy to create a leading European manufacturer of confectionary goods. The head of the legal team advising Resource Partners is Edyta Jusiel, attorney-at-law, partner in the corporate department.
