Mariusz Aleksandrowicz leads the team at FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz, which advises clients including Telekomunikacja Polska, Sfinks Polska, SAGE, and Poczta Polska.
Dispute resolution – tier 3, Marek Furtek and Leszek Rydzewski are recommended
FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz acts for a range of financial services clients, and is currently representing a number of banks in disputes relating to foreign exchange derivatives. Clients include BRE Bank, Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej and PKO Bank Polski. Marek Furtek and Leszek Rydzewski co-head the team.

Senior associate Agnieszka Skrok leads the team at FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz, which is acting for a number of financial institutions, and is advising the Ferratum Group in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (OCCP) concerning alleged abusive clauses in loan agreement templates and alleged violation of collective consumer interests.
Corporate and M&A – tier 4, Tadeusz Komosa and Edyta Jusiel are recommended
The team at FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz, led by Tadeusz Komosa, ‘provides excellent and very focused work, and is efficient and responsive’. It advised Delicipol on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Cuprod. Edyta Jusiel is also recommended.
Banking and finance – tier 5, Leszek Rydzewski is recommended
Leszek Rydzewski leads the two-partner team at FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz, which recently gained the Ferratum Group as a new client. In 2013 it acted for Bank Zachodni WBK on the extension and remodelling of mid-term finance for Mobile Internet Technology (MIT).
