We provide comprehensive advisory services for Polish and foreign Clients in the areas of: Polish and EU competition law (agreements restricting competition, abuse of a dominant position, merger control proceedings), assessment of the compliance of contracts with competition and consumer law, law on combating unfair competition and consumer law in its broad sense (including abusive clauses, infringements of collective consumer interests, terms and conditions, promotional campaigns, e-commerce).

We also litigate disputes in the above-mentioned scope.
We offer trainings on compliance with competition law and we also carry out antitrust audits.
