Jolanta specialises in all aspects of employment law and has extensive experience in advising in matters relating to individual and collective labour law, including collective redundancies. She represents companies, banks and financial institutions in court disputes connected with termination of employment and other employment matters. She has represented two leading banks in court disputes connected with rewards and bonuses, top executives and collective redundancies, as well as other clients in court disputes connected with termination of employment, mobbing and discrimination. Jolanta has also represented two large financial institutions in the complex process of collective redundancies, including the preparation of rules thereof, announcements to the labour office and negotiations with employees.

Additionally, Jolanta’s experience includes the preparation of contracts and employment agreements, corporate labour laws (labour rules, remuneration, social fund), matters related to the sale of a company and the transfer of employees. She also advises on remuneration, reward and bonus systems, and has on many occasions negotiated managerial contracts with top management (including the management board of a leading bank), as well as terms of dismissals.

With regard to M&A transactions, Jolanta has participated in a large number of acquisitions of companies as well as enterprises. She also has wide experience in employee restructuring projects.

Jolanta is a member of the Polish Employment Lawyers Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association.
